This construction is a dual occupancy built as a holiday destination and investment for two families. Nestled in lake Crackenback right on the lake it needed to be beautiful, functional and serve as an opportunity to rent in the ski and mountain bike seasons. The building is unique in that it was built on reclaimed land with a screw pier system which incorporated 60 piers at 13 metres, engaged into a raft slab.
