This prestigious lodge in Thredbo was looking for a builder they could trust to help reclaim the glamour and sophistication of this historical building. This renovation was unique and required someone with a client focused business model, and attention to detail in order to achieve an outstanding outcome for the Club.
The main living area was extended with new vaulted ceilings and gable highlight windows that capture the extraordinary view of the mountain. The windows and doors were replaced with thermally broken double glazed units and the deck upgraded, with an installation of bespoke balastrading. The acoustic ceiling design was installed providing a functional and luxurious feel to the open plan space. The existing fireplace was replaced and relocated incorporating a bespoke passive air circulation system. A discreet mirror was installed to conceal the television above the fireplace.
